Intertelecom appoints new CEO

Ukrainian mobile operator Intertelecom has appointed Vitaliy Vlasenko the new CEO of the company, reports BizLigaNet. Vlasenko has replaced Victor Panfilov, who served as CEO since 2017. Panfilov replaced Boris Akulov, who led the company for more than 15 years.
