Inwi set to launch LTE nationally

Moroccan operator Inwi announced that it is preparing to launch LTE across the country imminently. The company conducted its first LTE tests in the area of Mohammedia in November 2014, achieving speeds of up to 150 Mbps. The operator said LTE would allow users to access multimedia content in similar or even better conditions than via ADSL. Inwi CEO Frederic Debord said the launch of LTE marks a new milestone in the development of telecoms in Morocco.
