iPass inks stock purchase deal with Aspire worth up to USD 10 mln

Wi-Fi network operator iPass has signed a stock purchase deal with Aspire Capital Fund worth up to USD 10 million. Under the agreement, Aspire Capital will buy over 1.86 million iPass shares for USD 0.54 per unit, for proceeds of USD 1 million. The fund has also agreed to buy up to USD 9 million worth of more shares over the coming 24 months, at market prices. IPass said it will put the money raised towards general corporate purposes, including working capital.
