Ireland's Office of Public Works deploys 8x8 cloud communications platform

The Office of Public Works (OPW) in Ireland has deployed the 8x8 Experience Communications as a Service (XCaaS) integrated contact centre, voice, video and chat platform to support its digital and technology strategy.
