Irish ICT managed services providers Arkphire, Trilogy announce merger

Irish IT services and procurement company Arkphire has announced the acquisition of fellow Irish ICT managed services provider Trilogy Technologies. The deal is subject to approval from Ireland's Competition & Consumer Protection Commission.
