ISPA, CityFibre welcome Ofcom telecom market review

UK internet service providers' association ISPA said that it agrees with Ofcom that now is the right time to review the UK telecom market, following the regulator's announcement that it was opening up an overarching review of the market, the second since the Ofcom Strategic Review of Digital Communications which led to the creation of BT Openreach in 2006. The Federation of Communication Services (FCS), BT and other stakeholders have also commented on the planned review. The ISPA's secretary general, Nicholas Lansman, said "We'll be participating in the review to ensure future regulation
