Israel military allows Paltel to bring in equipment to improve mobile coverage in West Bank

The Israeli military has allowed a Palestinian telecommunications firm to import electronic equipment that is expected to significantly improve mobile service for Palestinians in the West Bank, Times of Israel reported. The Defence Ministry's Civil Administration on 25 October approved a request by Paltel to purchase a number of circuit boards in order to expand its network coverage and speed up mobile internet service, the Civil Administration said.
