Italian antitrust watchdog closes Booking.com prices probe

Italy's antitrust and competition watchdog AGCM has closed its investigation into the commercial practices of Europe's largest online hotel booking platform, Booking.com. The regulator announced its investigation back in May after receiving a complaint from Italian hotels association Federalberghi accusing Booking.com of hindering competition by imposing unfair contract terms on hotels. The Italian competition authority, in conjunction with its Swedish and French counterparts, has now accepted commitments offered by Booking.com relating to so-called parity clauses contained in its agreements

I wonder if there is a Watchdog association over dishonest practices of Alitalia and if I can write to the Italian Chamber of commerce with my complaints. if there is indeed such a company, I would appreciate advice on how to expose cavalier attitudes and behavior of this national carrier thank you Poo Lin
