Italian court tells Facebook to pay EUR 2.8 million for copying location app

Facebook has been ordered to give EUR 3.83 million in damages to an Italian software development company for copying their app, Reuters reported, citing court documents. The decision by a court in Milan upheld a ruling made already in 2019 but also increased the amount of damages, originally set at EUR 350,000.
