Italian regulator blocks 3.5 mln illegal files since March

Italy's communications regulator AgCom has announced that a total of 3.5 million links to illegal content have been blocked since the new Italian copyright regulations entered into force on 31 March. According to the regulator, around 2.5 million of the blocked files were related to digital music, while over 1 million has "audiovisual" content.
