Italian telecom clients received over EUR 40 mln compensation in 2017

Italian communications regulator Agcom said families and businesses received over EUR 40 million in compensation via the Corecom regional platforms in 2017, with some 87.4 percent of disputes resolved. The main causes of complaint were related to service migration, incorrect billing, service interruptions, activation of unsolicited products and cancellation costs, said the watchdog.
