Italian watchdog to launch ConciliaWeb customer disputes portal

Friday 24 November 2017 | 09:41 CET | News
Italian communications regulator Agcom has announced the imminent launch of a new system called ConciliaWeb designed to help consumers quickly and easily raise and settle disputes against telecommunications and pay-TV operators.  Since 2002 the watchdog has helped users resolve disputes with their operators via the regional communications committees (Co.Re.Com) system but the online ConciliaWeb portal will now enable users to access the dispute resolution system from their PC or smartphone without having to move from their home or place of business, said Agcom.
