Italy's Tivusat reaches 2.4 mln subscribers

Italian satellite TV platform TivuSat has announced that it has reached the milestone of 2.4 million active smart cards, equivalent to around 8 percent of Italian families. At the end of last year, the figure stood at 2.3 million after TivuSat added around 275,000 subscriptions in 2014. The free satellite platform currently offers a total of 68 Italian and international TV channels, including all the Rai and Mediaset channels, as well as 32 national and international radio stations.
