ITU appoints KT CEO as commissioner

The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) has appointed KT CEO Ku Hyeon-mo as a commissioner on its Broadband Commission for Sustainable Development. "Ku's 34-year employment at KT and his achievements there were behind his appointment", KT said in a statement. His term will cover the next two years.
