ITU launches new roaming charges guide, tool for regulators

The International Telecommunications Union (ITU) has launched a new ITU-T technical guide and online tool to help national telecoms regulators in their efforts to create an enabling environment for fair and affordable international mobile roaming tariffs. The online tool is a response to calls from ITU members for a model that could be used to calculate the costs to operators of providing mobile-roaming voice services.
