Ivi files for IPO in the US - report

Cyprus-registered company Media Ltd, owner of the Russian streaming video service Ivi, has submitted an application to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for an initial public offering of shares, reports Rbc.ru citing sources close to the company. The company plans to list on the Nasdaq market in the beginning of 2021.
