Japan's Temasek to acquire cybersecurity startup Sygnia

Tel Aviv-based cyber technology and services startup Sygnia announced that it's being acquired by Singapore investment company Temasek for an undisclosed sum. The startup provides consulting and incident response support for organisations worldwide, including Fortune 100 companies. Sygnia was launched in 2015 by Team8, a cybersecurity think-tank and company creation platform. It had not received any funding beyond its original seed investment by Team8.
