Jazz launches self-care service on WhatsApp platform

Friday 31 May 2019 | 08:48 CET | News
Pakistani mobile operator Jazz has launched a self-care service service on the WhatsApp platform. WhatsApp will thus serve as a self-service portal for Jazz postpaid subscribers. Jazz customers can use the WhatsApp platform to send messages to the Jazz WhatsApp number or vice-versa. Jazz postpaid customers can send a message with the word 'Hi' to a special number to connect with the Jazz WhatsApp channel. Customers will then be able to pay their bills, access past invoices and view their billing information.
