JMA Wireless acquires 5G radio systems specialist Phazr

JMA Wireless has acquired Phazr, a specialist in 5G radio solutions, for an undisclosed amount. JMA said the combination will create create a fully integrated architecture for non-standalone and standalone systems, for inbuilding, large venues and outdoor 5G and LTE. The company will also be able meet demand for virtualising RAN assets, and to drive intelligence to the edge of the network.
