JT compensates customers for service issues on 27, 30 December

JT said some customers experience service problems on 27 and 30 December, caused by unrelated technical issues. The Jersey company said it would conduct an investigation into the matter, to prevent a repeat performance. Meanwhile, the operator will give a week's free landline rental as compensation. Broadband customers will get a waiver on charges for data use that goes beyond their bundle, for the month of January.
