Jumia closes shop in Rwanda

Jumia announced it will close its business in Rwanda after six years of operations, just weeks after it exited Cameroon and Tanzania, New Times reported. In a message to its customers, the e-commerce platform said it will cease on-demand delivery operations in Rwanda on 09 January 2020.
