Jumia exits Tanzania after leaving Cameroon

African e-commerce group Jumia has closed its Tanzanian business to focus on operations in other countries in a "portfolio optimisation effort", ten days after exiting Cameroon, Techawk reported.  The retailer remains in twelve countries. Jumia said it made a difficult decision to cease operations in Tanzania on 27 November.
