Jumia suspends business in Cameroon

African e-commerce group Jumia has suspended its business in Cameroon, casting doubts over its future in Nigeria, barely a week after its latest earnings call showed yet more losses, Reuters reported. The company said Cameroon "is not suitable" for the platform, but added that it would continue supporting buyers and vendors in Cameroon via its classified portal. Jumia Deals.
