Just 14% of Brits pay to stream music - research

New research for Music Week trade magazine shows that only 14 percent of UK consumers pay to stream music, reports BBC News. The research by Kantar Worldpanel Entertainment shows that 1 in 10 Brits regularly borrow someone else's music streaming subscription, and that Spotify dominates the UK music streaming market with a 62 percent share. Kantar found that Spotify's paid-for subscriptions in the UK jumped 25 percent year-on-year.
