Deutsche Telekom has had the EUR 400 million lawsuit brought against it by Kabel Deutschland for excessive prices overturned, according to manager-magazin.de. The Higher Regional Court in Frankfurt ruled against the claim that Telekom had been charging excessive prices for the use of its cable networks since 2003. Kabel Deutschland claimed that, instead of the market price, the charge should be determined by a regulatory authority. The court does not allow an appeal but the claimant can lodge a complaint with the Supreme Court.
