Kaltura raises USD 50 mln from Goldman Sachs ahead of IPO

Video delivery specialist Kaltura announced that it's raised USD 50 million in pre-IPO funding from Goldman Sachs' Private Capital Investing group. Kaltura will use the additional capital to extend its footprint across all six continents. Holger Staude, Vice President at Goldman Sachs Private Capital, will be joining Kaltura's board of directors as part of the investment. Kaltura offers a wide array of out-of-the-box video products for various industries, as well as a modular API-based video platform for developers, partners, and customers that are looking to create their own custom video
