Kar-Tel expands LTE network to 137 areas since start of year

Mobile operator Kar-Tel, working under the Beeline Kazakhstan brand, said it has upgraded its network in 266 settlements across the country since the beginning of this year and brought LTE services to 137 of the areas. The operator plans to upgrade its network in 450 additional places by the end of the year, including the launch of LTE in 350 places.
