Kar-Tel offers facility to receive state social security benefits in handset balance

Mobile operator Kar-Tel, trading under the Beeline Kazakhstan brand, is offering customers an option to receive state social security benefits in their handset balances. The option has been implemented in cooperation with electronic payment services KazEuroMobile and Wooppay. A pilot project has run for payments from the Social Insurance Fund for people who have lost their income because of Covid-19 quarantine.
