Kaufland launches pre-paid mobile tariff with O2

Telefonica Germany and German department store chain Kaufland have teamed to launch a new pre-paid tariff on the O2 network called 'K-Classic Mobil'. This will be available in all Kaufland stores from 12 November, offering calls to all German networks and landline networks in Europe, the US and Canada for a flat-rate EUR 0.09 per minute. The starter set costs EUR 9.95 and comes with EUR 10 of credit. Customers signing up by 31 December and topping up by at least EUR 10, will get 111 extra free minutes. In addition, customers porting their existing number will get an extra EUR 25 credit.
