Kazakhtelecom launches e-govt access point in Turkestan

Kazakhstan national operator Kazakhtelecom has launched e-government and internet services access point eQoldau in the village of Kogam in the Turkestan region. This is the first such access point in the region. It includes a public Wi-Fi hotspot, with PCs available for people to access digital services.
