Kazakhtelecom receiving more online customer inquiries since start of pandemic

Kazakhstan national operator Kazakhtelecom has announced that it has changed the way it conducts customer service since the start of the coronavirus pandemic. On average, the operator received 2,800 applications and queries per day from customers at the start of the year, with around 700 customers making online in quiries. At the moment, around 1,500 customers are making applications and inquiries to the operator's service centres per day. The number of online applications has meanwhile grown to 3,000.   

About 76 percent of all online applications are submitted via WhatApp.
