Kazakhtelecom upgrades pay-TV service

Kazakhstan national operator Kazakhtelecom has introduced a new pay-television platform called TV+. It has been designed on the basis of a hybrid IPTV/OTT complex. The pay-TV service enables customers to watch different content on various devices simultaneously, and they can tailor their own TV packages.
