Kbank, Line join forces to create Kasikorn Line

Thailand's KBank and Line created Kasikorn Line Company, a joint venture that aims to provide Thailand's 44 million Line users with more convenient and easy-to-use financial services. Launching products and services in H2 2019, the new company wants to become a top-five lending service provider within five years. The JV was created by Kasikornvision, the technology investment holding company belonging to the Kasikornbank (or Kbank), and Line Financial Asia, Line's fin-tech subsidiary.
