Kcell agrees lower interest rates with Halyk Bank

Kazakhstan operator Kcell announced that its management board approved new terms for the credit line agreement with Halyk Bank, resulting in lower interest rates for newly issued bank loans. The new rates range from 10.7 to 11.7 percent depending on the duration of the loan and other conditions.
