Kcell offers free access to Twitter

Kazakhstan mobile operator Kcell introduced free access to Twitter for its mobile customers. Subscribers of Kcell, Activ and Vegaline networks of the operator can access the social network over the mobile Twitter portal, as well as using the mobile application for Android-powered devices. The service isn't accessible over the Opera mini browser. Kcell earlier offered free access to mobile versions of Facebook and Russian social network Vkontakte.
