Kcell offers halved road tolls paying from handset balance

Kazakhstan mobile operator Kcell said customers can now pay road tolls using their handset balance. Under the deal, prepaid and postpaid subscribers need to top-up a special balance in order to make the payments. The commission fee totals KZT 15 per payment of KZT 1,000.
