Kenyan court reinstates CA's powers to manage competition

The Kenyan High Court has overturned a legal amendment that critics said blocked the Communications Authority of Kenya's ability to manage competition in the sector, reports Reuters. This gives the CA a freer hand to oversee the sector at a time of intense debate over whether or not Safaricom has too much market power, said the news agency.
