Kenyan court suspends plan to tap mobile phones

A Kenyan High court has temporarily suspended a decision by the Communication Authority of Kenya (CA) to install tapping devices on mobile phones. Justice John Mativo certified the matter as urgent and directed the parties to appear for a hearing on 06 March.
