Kenyan government launches revised ICT MasterPlan 2017

The Kenyan government has launched its revised ICT Masterplan 2017, which identifies three key projects that will form its priority for the next three years. They are the National Digital Registry Services, a Citizen Service Portal and Government Shared Services. This is part of the Presidential Digital Transformation of Government, which aims at getting 50 percent of the population to access e-government services by the year 2017.
