Kenyan govt plans law to protect ICT infrastructure

The Kenyan government is planning to enact a law that will protect the nation's ICT infrastructure. Victor Kyalo, Principal Secretary in the Ministry of ICT, told Xinhua that a draft Critical Infrastructure Protection Bill will soon be tabled in Parliament for debate. Kyalo said he hopes the law will be in place before the end of May.
