Customer feedback company mSurvey is expanding from Kenya to Nigeria. MSurvey is an SaaS, mobile-first platform for a two-way conversation on any topic, with any local audience to gain insight live from real people. The company is seeking to consolidate its position as a customer loyalty platform.

MSurvey is backed by international and African investors including Safaricom’s Spark Fund, Cross Culture Ventures and Alpha Angels. It will be opening a new office and developing a team in Lagos to build partnerships with Nigerian MNOs and banks, then supply its services, such as ‘Voice of the Customer’, ‘Consumer Wallet’ and ‘Net Promoter Score’.

MSurvey has worked with some of the world’s most recognisable businesses, government organisations and academic institutions. It was launched in 2012 to simplify access to data from hard-to-reach communities and has made previously hidden and offline voices heard via in-depth mobile phone conversations.
