KKR to sell shares in ProSiebenSat.1

Private equity firm KKR wants to sell 11 million shares, or 4.7 percent of the total capital in German broadcaster ProSiebenSat.1, Bloomberg reports. KKR is demanding a price of at least EUR 13.42 per share, which would mean a 5 percent discount to the closing price on 12 January of EUR 14.14.
