Kosc Telecom hires bank to look for investor or buyer – report

French wholesale operator Kosc Telecom has hired Rothschild to find a new backer after state-owned bank CDC (Caisse des Depots) has turned its back on the company, reports Les Echos quoting sources closed to the matter. The development follows a recent decision by France's competition watchdog that has weakened the position of Kosc, forcing CDC to backtrack on its previous promise of new funding.
