KPN Consumer Residential Q3: sales up 2.6% on FTTH, TV

Tuesday 22 October 2013 | 15:13 CET | News
KPN's Consumer Residential division reported revenues of EUR 489 million for the third quarter, with underlying annual growth of 2.6 percent. Growth was driven by price increases in July and new subscribers for broadband, TV, triple-play and quad-play offers, which helped offset the loss of telephony customers. In total the number of access lines fell by 35,000 in the quarter. The number of services per customer rose slightly, to 2.16 from 2.13 in Q2. From this we calculate that the number of customers was down slightly, to 3.40 million. ARPU rose to EUR 43 from EUR 40 a year ago. KPN
