KPN mulls EUR 4 bln in new capital – report

KPN is seeking to raise EUR 2 billion – EUR 4 billion in new capital likely via a rights issue, the Financial Times reports, citing unnamed sources. Other financial instruments could also be used to raise the funds, and talks are continuing.
