KPN VoIP service again hit by technical problems

Tuesday 19 December 2006 | 11:13 CET | News
Dutch operator KPN's VoIP service has again experienced technical problems. Several thousands of customers for the InternetPlusBellen service experienced disruptions to telephony service in the weekend of 16 December. A spokesman said it was due to a server problem, whereby modems were unable to connect. Most of the problems were resolved by resetting the modems. KPN is investigating the problem.
