KT deploys Giga Genie AI platform at Yanolja's heyy seogwipo hotel in Jeju

South Korean operator KT has deployed its tech-centric hotel service offering artificial intelligence (AI)-based features to a hotel operated by Yanolja on Jeju Island. KT's voice-recognition AI platform Giga Genie is now available at the heyy seogwipo lifestyle hotel. Yanolja, a hotel and motel booking app operator, opened this hotel on the resort island on 18 March. KT and Yanolja signed an agreement in August 2018 to implement AI-powered accommodation services.
