KT puts attention on smart energy with LSIS

Korean operator KT has entered into a collaboration with LS Industrial Systems (LSIS) in the smart energy business, the Korea Times reported. KT chairman Hwang Chang-gyu is looking to diversify the company's sources of income by the application of its converged technologies to other industrial sectors. KT and LSIS agreed to cooperate not only on a technological level but also in the sale of smart energy in the long-term.
