Kyivstar starts LTE services in more than 1,600 settlements in November

Ukrainian mobile operator Kyivstar has started providing its LTE services in 1,639 more settlements nationwide in November. Its LTE services are now available in 9,485 settlements that are home to 74 percent of the country's population.
