Lacnic, Comtelca partner in Central America

The Internet Address Registry for Latin America and Caribbean (Lacnic) and the Regional Technical Committee on Telecommunications of Central America (Comtelca) signed a cooperation agreement to jointly develop research and services, with the goal of strengthening the ICT sector in Central America. The agreement aims to develop skills in digital education for the use of IT, the deployment of IPv6, the promotion of Internet Exchange Points (IXP) and greater participation of the region in internet governance issues.
